Booking Information

Full payment for tickets is required at time of booking. An admin fee of £1.50 per ticket is applicable on all event sales. All payments must be paid via the main party organiser and multiple payments are not permitted. Any alteration or request to alter a booking must be submitted in writing directly to the hotel and changes can only be made by the lead booker. Cancellations received within 21 days of an event will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellations outwith this period will be given a partial refund of the ticket price less £15.00 per person cancellation fee. Groups of less than 12 guests may be allocated to a table with other parties. You may submit a seating request but we cannot guarantee this. Separate Terms & Conditions apply for the Christmas programme.
