The Normandy Hotel is open for corporate, leisure & key worker bookings.

  • Shuttle Bus – we are currently not operating our Airport Transfer service
  • Advance Purchase reservations – we have amended our policy for these bookings. If you have a booked a pre-paid rate, this is still non-refundable however, to offer some flexibility, we will allow you to make one transfer to a new date without penalty.
  • Health & Safety Protocols – the well being of our guests & team have also been our priority & you will find information on additional protocols which we have implemented below.

The Normandy Hotel has undertaken a thorough review of all our existing health and safety processes and procedures and developed additional protocols and staff training based on guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and NHS Scotland.

As this is a rapidly evolving area of focus in the current climate, we will continue to closely monitor and react to updated official guidance and will review these protocols as necessary to provide further reassurance that we are taking all steps necessary to protect the safety of everyone in the hotel.

The Normandy’s hygiene and health and safety measures are designed to ensure stringent food safety standards, infection control and an enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitisation programme that addresses a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and includes everything from hand hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
