Our Charity Package is going to make organising your next ladies lunch, charity dinner event or race night a walk in the park as we support you throughout the entire process, from planning to the big night itself. But just what does our Charity Package involve we hear you ask? Allow us to fill you in on all of the fantastic details!
First thing’s first, what’s a fabulous charity event without a grand entrance? We quite literally roll out the red carpet for all of your fundraiser guests as they arrive to our stunning Blythswood Suite for the event. Followed by a gorgeous Afternoon Tea with a chef’s selection of sandwiches and cakes complete with a glass of fizz for everyone. As well as amazing live musical entertainment from your choice of singer or DJ to ensure that this is a charity event that your guests won’t forget.
This fantastic Charity Package is available for just £25 per person, for a minimum of 80 guests, and we can cater to any kind of charity event you wish to host. So whether it’s a ladies lunch with afternoon tea, a charity dinner with a three course meal or a race night we can make it happen for you. Not to mention, with our prime location in Renfrew just 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport and 20 minutes from Glasgow City Centre we are the ideal venue for all your guests to travel to.
